You can even collect from their store in London - but still have to pay Postage fees

He's perhaps not too dodgy, just very sneaky with the postage cost. He's probably done that to cut down on the listing fees.
Perhaps you could contact Ebay, tell them about his postage fees - it might force him to charge a reasonable amount - and you get a very cheap mem stick!

but he got nick off with it though if you report him. i would hate someone reporting me.
for the price of the mem stick i would say pay the postage! its only fair. and if he does rip you off, its only 9.50 and youve learnt a lesson to be less hasty in the future.

No you couldn't - it says postage cost applied when you collect, so you still end up paying £74. Not sure how legal charging £64.50 postage is if you collect though.......
