Hi
I am on a 12month contract with O2, ending in June. My phone keeps freezing and then turning off. I dont know whether I am able to have a replacement phone from o2.. has anyone else been in this situation... I know there are problems with receiving texts sometimes, but that seems to be fine. So, will they just change the phone, ask me to send mine back and then I see out contract until june?
I would be very grateful for any comments..
Thank you

@amy - If it's still under warranty, YES, have it replaced. The K700i model encountered 'some' problems during it's initial release and this was remedied thru a firware upgrade. There are possibilities too that you will be encountering the very same problem when O2 replaced it with a new one When I had my 1st K700i, I noticed that the fone restarts, white screen then OFF then ON again (all by itself) and this ONLY occurs when the batt is way too LOW. Though I NEVER upgrade firmware as long as the problem is tolerable . . . Good Luck ! O h h h, welcome to Esato too [addsig]
