There's a good thread in the forum started by Mancunian about this nice little deal at Phones4U on the J300i. It's listed at £19.95 inc VAT and shipping but it also comes with £5 of airtime which makes it £14.95. On top of that you should get £5 if you went through Quidco which give an effective price of £9.95.
In the thread kpm1985 notes that he put in a o2 sim without problems so you may even receive an unlocked J300i! Also kpm1985 notes that you get a link with the phone where you can order a non-pink fascia for free.

got mine today and can confirm its not locked
given it to my son to give to his girlfriend as its pink!
fairly stylish but very basic but what to expect with something the effectively cost a tenner after the virgin credit and quido cashback

Got mine today. Unlocked and unbranded and even comes in SE box not virgin box. I have ordered my free cover.

There was a leaflet in the box . It says to go to www.j300igirlsaloud.com
You need the code that was on the leaflet though.
