hey, I just got a w900i. Great phone but was just wondering if anyone else with one was having probs with the battery. After a full charge and an average days use the phone will be down to 1 or 2 bars which seems poor to me. Anyone else having this problem?

@Beatty, welcome to esato. The W900 is a heavy featured set with large display and so on that naturally drains battery life quicker than your average mobile.

If you only charged it once yet, there lies your answer. The new battery needs a few charges to get "full power", so I say no worries.

Yeah, I thought it may be due to the number of features etc. Ive had the phone about a week now so it should have had enough charges i'd have thought to be fully charged. Anyway, suppose I'll just have to be no more late nights out incase my battery goes dead! lol. cheers

Discharge it fully, before you charge it for a few cycles...also search for a thread on esato on how to maintain the battery.. cheers

if you turn off the 3g and bluetooth
i also turn mine off at night
i used it average amount prob 1 1/2 hiours music player per day
10-20 mins calls per day
watched a 20 minute epidsode of the simpsons
mines still going from sunday night down to 15% so almost 5 days
isnt bad i think my usage will get less cos always playing with features at the moment like face warp
doesnt last quite as long as k750i but not too far off
is worth it for extra features
