PUK's are SIM card dependent. you need to contact your operator to find out your PUK codes. |

Puk code is not different for phone models. It varies with networks. Ask your network provider.

PUK1 and PUK2 are both on your own SIM card, not on the phone. You'd inquire the operator for it.

unless you have changed it it is normally the same as your puk 1 number, well i just tried mine and it is the same... new sim card and unchaged numbers...
