K750i New fails to exept sims HELP please |

i bought a K750i of ebay brandnew for my sons Xmas gift, sim free unlocked it said Brand new, every sim is being exepted some comeup as inactive sim on main screen but allow all operations apart from ringing out and receiving calls... just get the doo doo dah noise when ringing people.. and when it is called i get answer machine..
please help..

Thanks i think it maybe.. is there away to unblock it? i am in the process of returning it i hope.. nothing yet from the seller though. |

if it really is blocked, then no
you're really better off exchangign it or getting it off someoen else than to live with the problem

if it was advertised as brand new and not blocked it's probabbly an insurance job, if he doesnt report him to the police i'm sure insurance company would love to know as well.

Looks like uve been had :-( i wudnt let it go by tryn to get it un-blocked not wen u paid 200quid. best to try to get a response frm the seller, if none, then i hope u paid by paypal? Ud be covered to try claim ur money back then n obviously the imei can be checked by d police to see if the previous owner had it blocked n d date it was blocked. u cud be handlin a stolen fone for all u know :-(
