I'm not very techincally minded, please could someone explain to me how to set up my phone for email? Thanks in advance!!!

To set up an email you'd have to activate full web gprs from your service provider, (which i guess you already have) then chosse which email service you want to use.. perhaps your service provider has an email service too.. if thats the one you need to use, turn to their customer service for the required settings.
There are also a multitude of free email providers which support pop3 and smtp accounts.

Which email service are yo planning to use?

I previously had a samsung d500, I'm on vodafone, so I have a vodafone.net address, and I was able to get my wanadoo account onto the d500 too, but there seem like a lot more options to put in this time which threw me!

I would probably start with the vodafone account.

I'm not sure if full gprs is activated, but I can use the wap, and sent mms's.
