Hi all

i have a big problem ... I bought a black K750i and my cousin a sliver one , the problem is that when i record a video doesn't come clear.. it comes as squares on it , and blury ,,, but my cousin is very clear ,,, i did the same settings -with my cousin- which appear when i'm opening lens and ready to record video .... so what can i do... i'm gonna be mad , plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me

You certainly have a different firmware and unfortunatly you have the older one ! You have to update your firmware to the earlier one ! Merry christmas!

yup, have an upgrade and for sure it will be better now. i had the same problem with my k750's camera. all pix were blury and somehow grainy. i had an upgrade and voila! everything is fine.

try master resetting it first... (back-up!)

I did update and told me that no available update because I have the last version ... then i tried master reset and didn't work too ....

but i didn't understand what is( try seus.. if not, u can use davinciteam.com)
plz i'm gonna be mad of this phone

man, just go to a service center (best thing is to go to a sony ericsson service center). Tell them that you want your firmware updated. OR, go to the place where you bought your phone from and tell THEM do it. It seems that you won't be able to do it yourself, so don't do anything yourself.

hi guys, just a question on the SEUS, I know its the official Sony Ericsson update service, but can it void your warranty in any way using this service?
Ie if you have a problem in your phone, take it in and they detect that your firmware is newer than what would have been supplied with your phone originally.
