i just bought a new w800i phone however when i connect my phone via the usb cable and download some stuff i lose some of the files and sometimes all the files on my memory stick such as the pictures i took and the songs i downloaded. pls help me what to do. i dnt want to loose again some precious photos i took. thnks |

hello this is probably down to your firmware what verstion is it?
press >*<<*<*
then go into software info and does it say R1AA008? |
