Hey all. ive had my W800I for about 3 months now and when i open the camera cover the camera doesnt not start up.... if i go into the camera from the menu then its says camera lens closed (even if its open). does anyoine know if i can sort this out or will it be a sony erricson service centre?

could be the switch has moved/broke/the ribbon has soem lose/or the arm snapped off. Take a pic with the back cover removed and post that here and it will be easier to solve

If you got in on an upgrade then talk to your service provider, they should replace it for you.

I got problem with the len button and SE center replace the ant cover for me. |
