Has anyone come across issues with the T65 resetting (switching off, then on again randomly, not software reset) ?

I have one, and since I have had it, it has had this fault. I think the longest it has lasted without a reset it a week.

The phone has been replaced twice, repaired once (Sim Reader) and I have had the sim card itself replaced, all to no avail.

Yeah, I had some problems with that on earlier software versions. Check which SW version you are on, I'm on R4A007 (R5something is the latest, but I haven't upgraded yet) which works fine. Some occasional resets still, but mainly when wapping. To check your SW, press right * left left * left *

You version is displayed under the Service info sub-menu. If it's earlier than R4, I recommend an upgrade. Go to your nearest servicepoint and have them do it asap!

Good luck!

According to Sony Ericsson Australia its a known issue with a single carrier, and a single batch of about 2000 SIM cards. They are working on an issue, but it appears to be a physical fault with the SIM card itself (they claim) so I am going to get the SIM card "shaved" to see if that fixes it.
