Hello there.
I've seen the issues raised with k750i bluetooth headsets in many areas.
What I would like is definitive recommendations from people who own a bluetooth headset and find it works well with the k750i.
I'm posting this in a few forums, so don't think you're going nuts if you think you've seen it before
Thanks in advance. | |

The above mentioned headset is a greatlooking design...altough I've chosen something else. The reason for not going with this SE headset, because I've read a lot of reviews and I found having a caller ID on the headset quite pointless, cause you have to take it off your head to see who's calling, and the 5 hours talktime can be easily beaten by a plantronics (around 10-11 hours) the pros if the headset is the grat reception all the way to the 10 m mark, but if you compare the price and the features with the plantronics discovery 640 then you'll see that for about half the price you'd get pretty much the same features (minus caller ID) more talk and standby time. In case if you don't know or trust brands like plantronics, I also want to tell you Plantronics was the headset the U.S used when they first stepped on the moon....so it has been around as well. |

May peeps like the HBH-300 here. And yes having caller id on a headset is pointless.

I know it's a long time to reply, but I just wanted to say thanks for the advice, because I really hate people who post questions and never reply to those who have bothered to answer.
Anyway, I settled on a Plantronics 510, due to comments made by george78 and from other recommendations I've read. I'm extremely happy with it as voice is clear in both directions, it's easy to use, has good talk time/standby and I've only had bt drop out once, which I think was the handset, not the headset. I've comfortably had numerous conversations that have lasted over thirty minutes, going from car, to outdoors and shops. It was very reasonably priced too | |
