I just got my SE T68i and I read the SAR information book that came with it. And I noticed that the SAR level is lower then for the T68m. Why? I thought the phones are identical inside!?

the hardware is improved in T68i compared to T68m... which is probably the reason for the different values...

It is FUNCTIONALLY the same. And it could be using different chips or firmware versions.
