Its the same one. There is only one demo on the w550i.

I've got the Demo tour video..but when i send it back to the phone & store it in the Videos folder ...the Demo tour link in Entertainment menu is still disabled...what to do |

The name of the video MUST be the same as the original file. In my K750, the file must be Demo tour-no other renaming is allowed. And the file extension MUST be .mp4 not 3gp. |

if you delete the demo video or do a master reset/reset all, then restore the file afterwards (exact same filename, no extension changes), the demo link still wouldnt work; at least in my w550 |

I removed my Demo Tour to the Memory Stick and the phone said: the video has been deleted-the link didn't work. Was it the same as deleting,wasn't it? Then I put it back to phone internal memory,the link worked just fine. I changed the name,it didn't work again..put it back,normal again. That's in my K750i..never done master reset though..aha,I see..mine has external memory..is that? |

I did a master reset once and after that i am not able to make the Demo tour link work again ...in k750i put the video in videos folder in the phone memory..and do a Reset settings..it will start to work |
