Got a too good to be true deal on 2 o2 xda mini S's. Ordered them on 'Best for business' deal thro o2, just wondered if they were kosher.

They seem to be, but even tho I ordered them at the weekend I ain't had no confirmation email. It may be o2 dragging their heels, so fingers crossed.

i got to say that is a superb offer http://www.mobiles.co.uk/o2-xda-mini-s.html but its a shame they didnt email you. no matter what company it is everytime you buy somethink from the internet they are meant to send you a email straight away to say they have recieved your confirmation and email you the second time to say that they have despatched your product for delivery. But you shouldnt be worried anyway because it says it free, so they wont take out any money out of your bank account with out you saying so.

I agree. That is a good deal. Customer contact is important when buying online.

Considering the phone/pda only came out in November it a cracking deal.....if they honour it.They retail for £450 each, so the sums add up real nice, minimum of 2 handsets @ £11.51 per month x 2 for a 12 month contract....nice. Have sent an email enquiring, they done the usual £1.00 on my credit card, but still heard nothing. On the order tracking, it just says 'Order recieved' .They don't have to honour the order till they accept it.
Only thing I can think of, I already have 2 o2 accounts, and its the first time I've looked at the business deals. Maybe o2 kicked it back, will wait till tomorrow and ring them. |

Spoke to them yesterday, still waiting for stock from o2, blaming xmas holiday !!!!
Everything is still kosher, however............. I put the code in that they sent me on confirmation of my order, and even tho the total charged is £0.00, the code says in the search box, o2 xda mini s says £199.99...... must be a bit of a bollock on the website maybe ....so ..........
I'm still waiting , now saying next week |
