It's hidden and you can't even see the thumbnail, so there's no way to do any actions on it =(

Mmm... have you tried switching the phone off then back on? Also, try 'move all' to the memory stick. Sometimes I get 'hidden' files, but they show up when I switch off and switch back on.

Good suggestions but I've tried them both already with no results. I really thought the "mark all" thing would work though. Thanks anyway!

Connect the phone to your computer and use the SE file manager to delete the picture from phone memory, if you cant see and delete it directly on the phone.

I tried that. You can see it but when you try to delete it or move it you get an error.

well, restarting the phones is one of the FIRST things you try

(master reset is the LAST)
