presuably you have used vodafone live before and have GPRS/3g activated by vodafone?
I can only think that your settings have not ben set correctly. I never have vodafone branded phones and can always access vodafine live, not that I really want to by choice
Indeed one of my phones here is a V800 converted to Z800 and it has no issue so I'd suggest getting the settings sent to the phone from vodafone sweden (probably an option on the vodafone sweden site) or from the SE site

OKay, thanks for that input, I have downloaded settings from the SE site. When I try to access voda live I get a message saying that the portal only support voda branded phones. I called the helpdesk at voda and they confirmed this. I am trying to reach there streamed Eurosport transmission. Maybe there is another way to reach this, does anybody have the direct link to the streaming server?
Cheers

It has been mentioned before that to access the Vodafone live services, you have to have a Vodafone live phone like a V800.
