Hi,
Why SE has not put option of turning on Flight Mode ( Music only ) without turning off the phone? Or is there such option somewhere which I am not aware of?

No... there is not an option to do that; maybe it was easier / better for them to set the flight mode from the start rather than having to turn every radio component from on to off, later

It would be more convenient if we could change the mode to music from phone without turning the phone off and then on again.

Exactly, My bro is having P910i and he has the option to turn flight mode on while using the phone.. SE should take this in consideration in new firmware

It takes a matter of seconds to turn the phone on and off with the push of one button. It would probably take more button pushes to get into a menu to disable the features (if the option was available) So yeh, no biggie in my eyes either

Pressing the buttons is not an issue dear..
You must be knowing that it drains hell lot of battery when you turn on and off your phone...
