The latest firmware at least fixed allows me to copy any files (within the maximum capacity) to the memory stick through the phone using an USB cable. Yay for that.
However, there is one problem I was wondering if anyone else has encountered. One of the proposed solution around the m/s bug before the latest firmware was released, was to use a card reader. Well, it didn't work for me before, and it still doesn't work now. Whenever I try to copy a file larger than ~2MB, I would get the following error:

I wonder if my memory stick is faulty.. I have tried reformatting it under Windows and the phone, but the problem still occurs.
When I copy files through the phone its fine though.
I suspected my card reader, but it works fine with other memory stick I've tried. This leaves me fairly puzzled as to what the problem is.

I had the same problem. When you connect K750i to the computer with USB cable, it is not possible to copy all files that you select from comuter to memory stick of phone. instead of using cable, use Bluetooth to copy memory stick at moment. May be SE will fix this file transfer problem
