Does anyone find it all to easy to delete a contact by mistake whilst in the phone book, because of the closeness of the 'C' key to the 'NO' key.

No, not really.
If the mistake is done, pressed c instead of no, my phone asks me if I want to delete, so I just press NO.

I think that might happen with the new Users (sometimes)
but you will feel ok after a period of time and if you have used it for a long time then thats mean you have a very big fingers (MAY BE)

Sometimes if you're viewing a picture and leave it there (so the screens dims out) and then you return a while later thinking auto-lock has kicked in, pressing "C" and the "YES" to unlock will delete the picture you're viewing.
That can be annyoing. The auto-lock for the keypad SHOULD have kicked in.
