My girlfriend got SE Z520i a week ago. Several days later a wierd error happened. When she called to somebody, both parts did not hear each other (absolute silence). And when she was called, also the same happened. But on the display the time was running, showing that the call is active.

Then she switched her phone off and on again. And the problem/error was gone.

The question: has anybody experienced the same thing?

PS. The error described above has not occured anymore, but this phone is used only for a week by now.

Are you sure that was a phone bug?
The network can do this sometimes too..

Only last week i had a similar experience..which was due to a network error.

Thanks for the reply. But seems that it is not a network problem. It happened already twice in one week (and never with her previous phone). I hope that software reloading helps. Will see..

yeah it is a bug on the phone. i hope they sort it out with the next firmware when it comes. my mothers phone does the same, but it hasnt happened too often to be annoying. its such a cool phone bar this wee problem. nearly all phones have a small problem at the start, will be hopefully sorted soon enough. I mention this problem in another thread but nobody else seemed to experience it.
