Today I finally drove 80km. to the nearest SE servicepoint that was able to do the i-upgrade. Because of a scratch on the screen i asked them to change the cover.
So they did change it (did costs me about € 22-23)
In my opinion the made a mistake (while changing the cover)which is the reason that the vibrate-function is not working or am I wrong and didn't the upgrade went well?

Anyone who can tell me?

Thanks

the vibrator is placed inside the cover, just below the holes for the keys.... so most likely they have forgotten to take the vibrator from your old cover and place it in the new one...

if it costs depends on a few things... and how nice the people at servicepoint are
a scratched screen is normally not a warranty repair, so if you want to have the cover changed because of that you'll have to pay for it.

I think that the price that paid was reasonable.
Looking at the prices which were shown here, i think the 22 euro i paid was not that much.

But on the other hand, i have to go back

since you have such a long way to go... try to get them to pay some of those €22 back... since it's them who screwed up...

I agree...and don't forget to double your fuel cost to and from that place....I'd say that's a pretty expensive cover by now...
