I have airtel wap connection. Although its wap, i'm able to access html pages like yahoo, esato, etc (i'm posting this topic from my cell too from esato's html page)
my question: is there any way i can access html pages on pc as i can access them on the phone? Or can it be done only with full (web) gprs?

@whiz apn is airtelwap.com. I tried connecting, it shows "connected at 115kbps" but no page opens up. What's the number you need to enter? *99***1# or something else? When i can get the web pages on my phone, cant it come on the pc?

Try changing the apn to airtelgprs.com....
might work... But i think airtel folks have become smarter these days.. And yes, the dial up number is correct...but do try 2#
