Orange has now become Hutch in Mumbai, India. I got an sms to download free new operator logo which says Hutch. I downloaded and it is saved in Pictures folder. My question is how do i change the operator logo which still says Orange to Hutch. In my frnds Nokia he has an option to set any pic as his operator logo.

you can't do that on phones, well not without some hex editing of the firmware.

Perhaps they will provide a new firmware update to have the new logo?

yes, that may well work if you have access to a nokia as I believe the sim update can override the logo in firmware.

to be honest, I really only have limited knowledge in this area so either try that or someone else can suggest another option

I do know that in a couple of old phones I have with old operator names, even my new sim in the phone still shows the old logo

anyway, let us know!
