Orange has now become Hutch in Mumbai, India. I got an sms to download free new operator logo which says Hutch. I downloaded and it is saved in Pictures folder. My question is how do i change the operator logo which still says Orange to Hutch. In my frnds Nokia he has an option to set any pic as his operator logo. |

you can't do that on  phones, well not without some hex editing of the firmware.
Perhaps they will provide a new firmware update to have the new logo?

What? We cant do that? Anyhow i have an idea. When i put my frnds sim in my phone his new operator logo is shown!
So i will just put my sim on his nokia, change the logo and put it back into mine!! |

yes, that may well work if you have access to a nokia as I believe the sim update can override the logo in firmware.
to be honest, I really only have limited knowledge in this area so either try that or someone else can suggest another option
I do know that in a couple of old phones I have with old operator names, even my new sim in the phone still shows the old logo
anyway, let us know!
