Is R2E006/R2F004 still the latest firmware upgrades available, or is there something new out there?

Anyone know if the R5A020 is awailable in Norway? The service center "EMTS Furuset" said on thursday that the last release was R2F004.

It's really annoying reading about all you guys having the latest software. I went to have my phone upgraded on thursday, in Oslo, got R2e. Same as I had before. I told the guy that that was not the latest sw, he it was... Being a customer, knowing your right, and being told otherwise really pisses of off. All you guys at service points, all over the world, get on line to download the latest at all times! Please!
