What is the maximum-size Memory Stick PRO Duo supported by the Z800?
Sony Ericsson claim 1GB, but say that the K750/W800 Walkman takes up to 4GB...
If the K750/W800 Walkman accepts up to 4GB, shouldn't the Z800 (in THEORY) accept up to 4GB also, seeing that they use an almost-identical operating system?
The only reason I ask is because I know that with certain other makes of phones, people have often been able to use memory cards far, far larger than the manufacturer's "official" maximum...

He, he- Yeah, I'm still using the 256MB Memory Stick PRO Duo that came with my Z800i too.
I'll have a 1GB card in a few weeks, but I'm gonna "living off chips" to get it...

At least I shouldn't have to buy another Memory Stick PRO Duo for a while once I get it...

r u with three? coz i got a 256mb card as a part of their 'FREE Music Pack'. and a 64mb card from  (this one i found out was worth AU$30 on the black market (the black market being my school  )) |

I certainly am- I upgraded my pre-paid handset to a Z800 and they gave me the "music pack"!
I don't think she was supposed to, but I wasn't gonna say anything...

I got 2 GB MS in my Z800 ..  its working pretty good ..
by the way at SE website .. they tell .. SonY Ericsson K750i & W800i can take up to 1 GB MS .. as Z800 do |

yup.. cause last time they haven't announce the maximum capacity of the memory stick pro duo .. so not only 1GB, 2GB .. 4GB also not a problem.. provided u have da $$ to play.. hehe |
