Actuall there offers are not bad at all.
Free w800 on 12 month 30 pound a month tarrif. That gets you 900 units. Which for example translates into 400 min call time + 100txts, 350 min call time + 200 txts. You choose how to use your units ( 1txt= 1 unit, 1min=2 units)
And first three months is half price line rental.
Only thing that worries me is what their reception is like? Anybody know if they use another providers network coverage or their own?

if i remember correctly they are a subsiduary of o2. correct me if i'm wrong.
though when i last checked out their deals i wasn't overly impressed seemed no better, infact slightly worse, than the deals available from o2 online!
if you're a student then the orange student tarrif is hard to beat.

the support Dot offer is totally useless. My phone developed a fault when it was around 2 months old. I was first told the warranty was only for 28 days. Then I was asked to take it to carphone warehouse. After a fortnight carphone warehouse wanted to charge £45. Then Dot said I should have sent the phone back to Sony direct. ...Whatever happened to a years warranty as they state!!!!!...Quite frankly I would not touch them again with a bargepole. |

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. THEY RANDOMLY TAKE DIRECT DEBITS OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT WHICH RESULTED IN ME BEING CHARGED 40 QUID BY MY BANK. WHEN I COMPLIANED BOUT THIS..AFTER HOURS OF PHONECALLS AND EMAILS THEY AGREED TO PAY MY MARCH BILL WHICH WAS ONLY 15 POUNDS.5 MONTHS LATER THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR MY MARCH BILL. MY PHONE IS BEING BARRED ALL THE TIME AND I SPEND EVERY MONTH HOURS ON END SPEAKIN TO THEIR RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS. NEVER EVER GO WITH THIS PHONE COMPANY..YOU'LL HAVE A YEAR LIFE SENTENCE
