Hi All,

I recently got a W800i which is a great phone but I can't seem to do timed profiles with it.

On my nokia I was able to select a profile then select the expiry time.
I found this really useful for turning it to silent during office hours
Then it would automatically revert to normal profile when time expired. This meant i din't have to remember to change profiles (which I inevitably forget)

Is it possible to do this with an SE phone?

ok, thanks for the reply. Yeah BobaFett I remember a friends t68 had that feature. Don't see why they removed it.

Thanks for the welcome. More of a welcome back though. Years ago I had an R520 then went to the dark side with a nokia 7250i but was tempted back again by the w800i

You can do it using the meeting profile. You set the time and date in the calendar/ appointments for each day and it changes over automatically.

Thanks. I think i've misunderstood slightly
I had the phone in normal profile
I set an appointment from 09:00 - 18:30 with no reminder
However, it did not change the phone to meeting profile at 09:00

Ah. It had that on the T610 but it is a shame it has been removed from the later models.

I am always getting in to trouble in work for forgetting to silence my handset
