t68i Firmware - How to tell which version you have? |

I see "R2A" on the decal under the battery, do I assume that's the version loaded on my phone? I just got an HBH-30, says you need a newer version like R2E, anyone know that it makes much difference? Better range? |

the version number on the label underneath the battery is the hardware version of the phone.... this has nothing to do with the software... check the above link for sw info |

Taking about hardware versions, is there any important differences between the hardware versions? My phone is R2B hardware and came with R2B025 software. Is the hardware version just reflecting that my phone came preloaded with R2B025 software oe what?

I have a T68i, bought three months ago. the software's R2E, and the hardware says R1A and R4A. Which one is which, can I get the phone upgraded to the latest firmware? |

the hw and sw has no connection with eachother... no big difference between hardware versions... the features are the same  |
