Hi guys, during a phone call today, i received another phone call. I tried switching over to answer and my phone went off all by itself. It came back on pretty much straight away but it just started flashing at me.

Now my phone won't turn on at all, Rang up o2 and the said it could be a software error. Anyone else had this problem??? Let me know what the outcome was etc.

Thinking of ditching sony ericsson and going back to nokia. This is the 3rd time I've had probs with SE.

Any advice will be appreciated.

I've tried everything from connecting it to the charger to the usb lead, I get the same everytime - flashes on/off every 2 seconds.

Gonna send it in to o2.

I've also got another prob you could hrlp me with...bout 2 years ago i had a t610 and the joystick went on it (unsuprisingly) i sent that in but i wasn't insured. They sent it off to be fixed and they came back and said to me it was water damged which is absolute balls, never went near any water whatsoever. But them trying to fix made it alot worse.
I have the same problem with the k750. My joystick is not as responsive. Should I mention it before i take it in 2moro?

Here you go...Letter of complaint to SE

In 2003 I took out a contract with o2 with a brand new SE T610. I absolutely loved this phone and used it for about 7 months. However I was very disappointed when the joystick became very unresponsive. I took it to be fixed but o2 made it worse. Sorry to say I went back to Nokia.

Jump forward to June 2005, Its time for me to choose a new phone, I had done alot of research and comparing and decided to go for the SE K750i.
I received the phone and within approx 2 hours, i experienced my first "freeze" I put up with it for a while, i then heard it was happening to alot of these phones, so I sent it back. About a month later I got my new K750i replacement.
I really love this phone, the camera quality is great. But recently my joystick is becoming unresponsive again.
To top all this off, today (2nd december 05) during a call, my phone turned itself off then on again, but will NOT boot up.
I have contacted o2 and they want me to send it in to be fixed (software problems)

All I get from this phone is constant flashing every 2 seconds.

I am very disappointed with the SE phones I have had. All three having faults. I have been looking as to what is going to be available in the next 4-5 months for upgrade and have taken a shine to the W900i.

But with everything that has happened, I'm not so sure now.

I don't want SE to lose a customer in me, because I think the phones look and are fantastic to use. But these ongoing problems are causing people to lose faith.

I would greatly appreciate a written reply, my address is;
