Thanks mobse.
I literally took hundreds of pics in NYC - so much material. Fantastic place and ideal for 'point and shoot'.
I took something like 300+ pics and 2 hours ofvideo recording (in three days). Great stuff!
(Do you know anyone who wants to swap my P990i for a W900i? I murdered mine. )

Wonderful snaps of the city indeed! Thanks again for sharing them.
Frankly, one of my serous regrets is not having taken an opportunity recently to buy a brand new W900. They seem to have been available locally for a short while despite being discontinued. My bad... But should they ever reappear miraculously again, I'll waste no time having second thoughts.
Happy hunting to you too! |

The architecture was immense in NYC - never ceased to amaze me.
. I wish I had a better cam than this anyway.

It surprised me what could be done with the W900i. It's on the chubby side but its still quite capable.

Seeing such pictures of NYC always makes me think of Serge Gainsbourg's song New York USA and its refrain "Oh c'est haut" ("Oh, it's high").
He sure was amazed by the architecture too.
Who wouldn't be, though, coming from ol' Europe?
And yes, who ever minded W900's chubbiness. At least nobody complained about lack of features or weak speakers The same goes for my plumpish W850, speakerwise, I mean. |

Now I regret trading my generic white W900i for a K800i. The W900i took much better pictures and videos. The W900i still goes for $300+ on eBay. |

You mean the noise in the out-of-focus background? I think it looks natural. |

at your end could look natural. but with this monitor makes it look a bit grainy.
