Just wanna ask.
what d f*'s wrong with that, why are ROKRs advertised as m4a, mp4(ipod) audio players, and here in our country it is advertised as the FIRST fone to incorporate that technology, i mean aren't ours the first one and why won't Sony or SE advertise it as the likes, are they playing ipod songs illegally w/o the right of Apple inc.?
Dont want to stir anythin, juz wanna air out my grivances as more "less knowledgeable consumers" take this aspect as a point against k750s when buying a new fone...

I think you are confusing the ability to play m4a files with the iTunes player software.
Yes, lots of prior phones can play the same audio tracks that an iPod can, but the ROKR is the first phone that can playback tracks downloaded from Apple's iTunes Music Store. These tracks have Fairplay DRM added to them and won't playback on a K750/W800 etc. (without stripping the DRM).
