Vodafone s700i Unlocked Problem! |

Hi there. i have a sony ericcson s700i which i had unlocked and now have an o2 sim card inside it. Ive downloaded the settings from the o2 site..but can only seem to receive picture messages? not send =\ ?..any help please will be appreciated  thanks

I don't have a 700 but...
...Main Menu > Messaging > Settings > Picture Message
Have a look to see if Mesage Server is there with:
http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002/
and
an o2 GPRS porfile is also selected...
might work! :)

I also think that the account with o2 might need the Pic Messageing bit activating...
...dial 100 and ask for advice (free from phone)
...is it PAYG or Pre Pay?
...I had trouble when I started up my acount ~ 24hour wait

Hey. i tried inputting those settings you suggested. Now i get an "internet profile error"?
Its a pay as you go fone. I recently had it unlocked from Vodafone to o2. I put those settings in as you said but dont seme to be having any luck?:(

they're just my notes ~ forgot to menton!
I'm Pre Pay now but was PAYG - I think my account to begin with wasn't sending/receiving Picture Messaging...
