Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I tried to transfer files to my phone, but it didnt transfer them all, Then when I tried different tracks, it got rid of the ones already there.

I have this problem to...

I already had songs on the MS Duo, but wanted more so i transfered them over, but only some the new ones would show up! OK i thought, try to transfer them all... No joy, again I only got some of them!

When i put the original music back on it transfered fine...

My deduction = it doesn't like some songs/artists so doesn't let you add them!!! It's a conspiracy

i have the exact same problem and its killing me. so frustrating! does anyone has any solutions? if not, im taking my phone down to the service centre tmr.

@exxtreme I think the tracks are over writen ~ TRACK 01 etc...

You'll need to rename in D2P before transfer!

@Targett & red4passion do you use the Safly Remove Hardware option before disconnecting phone?

as said Firmware updates may help in some cases.

@Targett do you have the names of Album & Artist that D2P didn't like?
