Well, you know GSM isn't really great here in the USA and I don't want to deal with the relatively poorer reception of internal antenas because the providers don't offer good enough service to effectively operate internal antena phones. |

ok, i see.
in the UK i've used a few different brands without external antenna's and not noticed that much difference in reception, but my network operator wasn't the best either so that did nothing to help the accuracy of comparison.
the best thing to do would be to ask people to compare the reception against their last phone when the P800 is released, may end up having reception as good as your current model or your network may have put up more masts by then.

you got the point, its the network provider's lack of infrastructure, i.e. masts, that precludes the use of internal antena phones, but that Ipaq H5000 looks nice  |
