SEGA would you believe it has come out with this SA800i 3G phone for Japanese kids.Of course being a Sega handset, it would just not be fair if it did not have any games. Not the usual fancy stuff that we come aross in any phone will do either, it has to be quality stuff from the house of Sega. Its difficult to make out the names in Japanese, but its clear that these are quality arcade games.

i'd buy one of those for myself to have!
aimed at kid's it will have to be well built so it should last, also how popular will you be on the beach with a phone that colour!

well i'm a big kid at heart so it would be perfect for me! (for 10mins until I get bored of the novelty anyway, but still thats what kids do)

Despite being a kiddies phone, the handset does not scrimp on features; it has a camera,speaker phone,Overall, the presence of Sega games on the SA800i is itself enough to at least want to get to know more details of it.

If it's got Sonic The Hedgehog on it then I'd definately buy one! Strange though, I thought SEGA had stopped making hardware of all kinds?

sega have some sort of agreement with Docomo of japan and are not entirely producing these handsets by themselves....Don't know if these will every be available outside japan?...sega have a good name in terms of gaming and i think they might be useing mobiles as a way to come into hardware.

Don't forget Sega may have left hardware...but they are still very much a major player in gaming,..they now produce titles for sony and xbox.
