There are no such folders. Just copy game or application to root folder of the phone.

Yup, SE did this so as to protect copyrighted java files. In my end i usually just "push" the file to the phone via BT. phone will detect that it is .jar and will install it automatically.

On K750 you can put it "other" folder then install from there, or send to other phones. On K700 I think it will automatically go to the correct folder.
You can't copy the game off the K700 (but you can on the K750 if the game isn't drm protected)
