K750 Text Message Pop-Up |

Whn I get a new text message my K750 no longer shows me a pop-up. I only get a small mail icon at the top of the screen.
Settings>General>New Events is already set to "Pop-Up". It used to work!
Have I changed some other setting that I can't find?

i used to have this problem and sometimes still do.
just turn off the phone and turn it back on. that should work |

This happened me when I loaded the new f/w on my K750 , the audio message plays , but no lights of visual pop up ..

do you happen to have R1N035??
i got these problems only until i upgraded to this f/w.
the light problem seems to only happen when my battery is running kind of low.
anybody know how to fix this? |

might be a fault with your reflash...do a master reset....if still no joy, master reset it and then reflash it |
