i think there were posts about this last night, it looks like it could be temporarily down as they're preparing it for the new firmware that fixes R1N035 memory card corruption probs

Yessss, sure, preparing for new firmware for just one phone takes them 2 days .... And exectly that two days in a year, when I've decided to upgrade mine! I'm doing that once a year Last time when I've deciedet it was temporary down for 2 weeks.... Is it up to me?

The site has been down alot lately.

Such as just before W900 was announced.
Then they changed the graphics and colour scheme.
Then it was down while they loaded in the J220 / J230 / Z300 info and accessories, now it's been down for the last couple of days, it'll be interesting to see what else has changed.

I've noticed that the Support page doesn't have the CD-ROM software available to download, at least not on the New Zealand site.

maybe its a slight inclination that dont want anyone upgrading to R1N035 creating more pissed off customers than there already are. That seems the more feasible option i think... but who knows!
