Does anyone know if there is any software to unlock a T68?

The problem is that I have a T68 and it is unlocked BUT since yesterday I can't make any outgoing or incoming calls and text messages on one2one and Virgin. But will work on Vodafone and BTcellnet, Genie and Orange

But the phone will switch on and show service. When you try and make a outgoing call it make a tone like you have been cut off.

But if I put the same SIM card into my other T68 it will work....

Any ideas people!!!

try making calls in different locations, if still no success take the phone back & tell them that u paid for an unlocked phone & not getting the 'full' unlocked service.

Good luck

The thing is that it worked fine for 2 days. and now it seems to be locked?

But if I go into the service menus it says it's unlocked to all networks like my other one,

Is it possible that one2one and Virgin can lock there Networks, Using the IMEI number??

MARK : Have you tried to look in the Network-settings on the phone ?

I believe the "normal" setting is "automatic",..I dont know if this could be it,..or any help to you

If not,..its probably a network-problem.

Mark : before doing this master Reset,..I think you should talk to the service center, as written before in another reply.

I'm not sure a reset will do the thing.
