Hi people, I need advice, and think this is the best forum to get that advice. I recently started work with 02 customer services, well i am still in there training lol. However i have been given a task. I need to find out from mobile phone users what they would like to have in a phone within 5 years time. Upto date we have the likes of picture messaging, mp3 playing capability, as well as video recording, radio, and 3g video to video calling. So what in 5 years time would you want in a phone or expect to have in a phone?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

thank you in advance

well, I guess you could start with a quick view of a recent thread, though I didn't feel that topic was taken too seriously

In 5 years time.

How about good customer service. That'd be refreshing.
Free GPRS (o2 online) again would be nice.

I think dude_se fascia suggestion was good, i mean the amount have phones that have been released especially se ones were the colour is horrid (orange walkman) and there is no simple option of changing the covers, this is one area nokia got it right!

I would like basically what people have suggested here already, cheap and fast internet access. Higher resolution cameras aswell would be an advantage...

Thats it really.
