lol ejasim, I got my T68 upgraded to R2A a week ago, it took only about 25 mins.

Where did u go for the upgrade? I went to the Juma Al-Majid service point at the Dubai-Sharjah highway, behind Kia Cars showroom.

They did it pretty quick.

I bought an mp3 player from there today for 200 bucks. They are alright. Maybe you did ur upgrade from the wrong place

Sorry to hear that ejasim but I guess the only choice you have is to take back and re-upgrade, It is posible that the PC they are using got interrupted for a reason or another.

I got my upgrade in Bahrain in 10 minutes and it really picked up a lot of speed since then.

good luck

thanks for replying. ur right about the interupting; when I first went on wednesday, they said that it'll be only 15 mins, but 30 mins later they said that their connection with the server kept on disconnecting half way through & wanted to keep the t68 with them all weekend. So this morning when i got it, I STUPIDLY didn't check it & when I got back to my home in sharjah, I realised that they messed it up!!! Am taking it back 2morro.

its just cos these ppl in dubai dont know shit

Latest firmware in Bahrain is R2A and YES the People in the Showroom don't know about it but the service people DO (They did the upgrade of my T68).

The service center is in Setra industrial zone 2nd traffic light to the left you will see Fakhroo-Ericsson and the man name is Rene (Phillipino), I will try to get his number tomorrow from the office.

One more thing this should be free.

good luck
