You can use the Orange email configurator from their web site

Take a look at this post for the link,

http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=9889&forum=14#post123921

or try this one from the SE web site

https://secure.mouse2mobile.com/clients/ericsson/jv/email/new/default.asp

It doesnt appeat that NTL are on the list of ISPs. I would try the following steps.

Use the orange configurator for an Orange email account (if you dont have one go to www.orange.net and create one). Then add your NTL settings as a second email account (use details from NTL that they give for setting up email on a PC)

i can receive email on my t65, with my normal email account.
but i cannot send any, i think this is because my smtp server requires idetification before sending.
can anyone let me know how to enable the smtp idetification on t65?

I use my dial up @ blueyonder to access my pop3 account. Its much easier than trying to config through anything else

Look no further

To connect to Blueyonder with your T68i.

From the Menu choose: E-mail, then 7/ Options then 2/ Edit Account
then Add new.

Connect using: GSM (The De Facto Worldwide Wireless Standard)
Protocol: POP3
Inc.Server: 195.188.53.61
Outgoing : 195.188.53.60
Incoming Port: 110
Mailbox: (use your own setting here - eg: fg005h5568) you can find this in Outlook Express Accounts or Windows dialup or Mac users Remote access)

Password: The same you use to conect with your pc to Blueyonder.
Outgoing Port: 25
E-mail address: your original Blueyonder e-mail address including @ and .co.uk

- The rest are just preferences - Now choose SEND and RECEIVE in E-mail.

Voila!

Happy T68i'ng.

Send me a thanks if I helped you. sales@bsbshop.co.uk

Cheers, regards Gaz.
