WTH? w800i suddenly goes blank? |

ive only had my w800i for a week, my friend tried sending my a file via BT, and the phone suddenyl went into a white screen.. its like it restarted itself..
but also shut down.. perhaps crashed? but it comes back on after a while. but has uber lagg it, then its back to normal.
anyone have this problem? do you think its a firmware prob? if so how do you get around it? ty |

did it happened only on time? did u recognize any other bugs since it happened? might be, it was just a temporary bug and disappeared, but go to an se service and let it flash with the latest fw and let it check aswell.

Yeah its happned 3 times so far... :s i want to know whats up with it.. but what if they check it out and theres no problem.. :s |

Mine has never done that.
Your phone is well within the warranty so take it back for a SW upgrade or replacement.

its a R1L002 firmware bug. Dont worry yourself too much about it. Happens to my phone, happens to my freinds K750, not a big problem. |

This has happened many times on my K750i; especially so when bluetooth is involved..
I don't mind it as long as it comes up fine. It's after all a small device with so many features crammed in. I guess such things do happen..
