I have an urgent problem, i can't pair my HBH-600 with my W800i, the phone doesn't see the bluetooth headset at all, but both seem to work proberly. I don't know what to do. My phone has Firmware R1N035 EMEA_6.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I had this once and it turned out the bluetooth radio had failed in te headset and so the headset was replaced by the shop.

are you putting the headset into the correct mode for pairing (can't remember what is required on the HBH-600 but it usually involves holding one or two buttond down for 10 seconds or more)

Have you confirmed another device can see the headset?

Have you gone over all steps indicated in both the phone and the headset manuals for pairing the two? [addsig]

Thanks I did it, I just had to reset the bluetooth headset using and holding the 2 volumes buttons until it starts flashing red and green.

Press and hold both volume buttons to go into pairing mode on the headset then get the phone to search for the headset.

That's starting the pairing mode. It's so easy when you read stuff's manuals. [addsig]
