there is a SE service centre,if u bring the warantee card along,so the upgrade service is free....other than that u have to pay....

Yes (maybe not all), but they will send it to SE so you won't have a
fone for a week or 2

If u manage to bring it to an :s: service point by u self, it only take an half hour to an hour. To do the upgrade!
