Arrrrggghhhhh Disc to phone |

This is my last effort after spending what seems like days now trying to get the disc to phone software working properly and whats more without wiping my memory card everytime i try to use it.
Basicly the first time i tried to use it for a few songs it worked fine so aftre having the w800 a few days and obviously getting plenty of pictures and videos of friends and family ( I take all photos and vids straight to the memory card) then go home and try to use disc to phone to transfer about 50 of my favourite tunes (seing as if you use the memory card you cant use the albums feature on the phone) to the memory card and low and behold it froze and wiped everything i had on my card.
So being the persistant person i am i re-installed the disc to phone software and tried again, once again i get exactly the same problem. after too many times to mention i have resulted to begging for help from your great selves.
can anyone helllllpppppppp? |

Have you read any of the threads on here? There are many that describe problems with the latest firmware, and the memory card, corrupting data as it is transferred. Report it to Sony Ericsson - they are denying there is an issue. Unless enough people make a noise directly to them they'll ignore it, or drag their heels with a fix. |

I will do, I have spent many hours reading through the threads on here but everytime I put w800 into the search it brings up hundreds of posts from people who still havent got over the fact the w800 is better than the k750 or comparing it to the n91.
I do have the latest firmware and still getting the problem. but thanx for the advice.
