how can i backup my phonebook to my PC ?

Download the Communication Suite from SE, then you can sync the phonebook with MS Outlook (not Outlook Express) using the included XTNDConnect PC. Alternately you can download FMA from http://fma.sourceforge.net/ and use it to backup your phonebook.

You could just send your phone book via bt to your pc's bt exchange folder just to keep as a backup.

You must enable serial port first. If using original bt drivers, in my bt places start bt setup wizard, and install serial port, then connect it, and see in properties which com port it takes. Then, in fma, tools, options choose that com port.
