K750i does not communicate with PC |

My PC does not seem to recognize the K750i when the USB cable is connected. The mass storage device can be recognized, however, there's no connection between the PC and phone. I can't seem to operate the PC Suite. I tried following the instructions from the readme file of the CD but still no connection between the 2 devices.
How do I make the 2 devices connect?

Thanks for the advise.
I tried following the directions from the SE website but there's still no connection between the phone and the PC.
Any other suggestions?
