I hvae a dss-25 and k700i.from S.E website download the DSS_....zip
file and then plug the connector until instal this hardware .in the device manager I see the "SEMC DSS syncstation(usb)" and "SEMC DSS syncstation(com4)".when I connect the my phone to the connector the green LED in front of connector turn-on but when execuite the software(PC Suits) the LED turn off and this message become appeare : "usb device not recognize"
.why?please help me |

in order for the computer to regognize the phone you have to install the phone's pc suite the drivers are not enough get it from here.... http://www.sonyericsson.com/s[....]_1&pid=10139&fid=6997&esi=true

thanks for reply,I download this file (33.26MB) and execiute that,but yet have that problem. |
